We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll and Compensation Expert to join our team at Ki Insurance. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

You will work closely with our Rewards, Wellbeing and Benefits Lead, as well as the finance and wider HR department, to analyze pay trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for compensation increases. This includes ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, reconciling control accounts on a monthly basis, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have extensive experience in compensation strategy development and implementation, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

We offer a highly competitive salary of around £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
