Portfolio Payroll is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll processes for our UK-based employees. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll complexities across various frequencies, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.

About the Role:
This position involves managing multiple payroll systems, accommodating numerous employee types, and working closely with the HR and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and compliant payroll service. Key responsibilities include processing and overseeing payroll for our UK operations, staying up-to-date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements, identifying and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external providers.
