About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Service Manager to join our team at McQueen's Dairies. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting and resolving customer service challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Team Management: You will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplined team consisting of inbound and outbound telephone communication channels.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Take a hands-on approach to coaching and feedback to ensure the productivity of the team and exceed all relevant KPIs.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for Quality Assurance of team outputs.
  • Strategic Business Changes: Management and implementation of strategic business changes and performance of the team.
  • Culture and Environment: Create a culture and environment of world-class service, empowering the team to take ownership of all customer queries.
  • Process Improvement: Be an advocate for McQueen's Dairies, feeding back on processes and policies, helping to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside our Retention, Marketing and Depot teams to improve customer experience and operational functionality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in team management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

McQueen's Dairies is a leading company in the industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £29,556.80 and an OTE of £34,000.00.
