Key Account Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Key Account Business Growth Specialist. This exciting opportunity involves selling service contracts to businesses across Scotland's Central Belt, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
The role offers an attractive salary package, including up to £30,000 basic salary and uncapped OTE of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, paid quarterly. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a company car, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, Employee Assistance Programme, Pension scheme, Private healthcare, and Discounted gym membership.
This is a field-based sales role that requires you to be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and build a pipeline of leads. You will work closely with our marketing department to identify and pursue high-demand facilities services for our clients.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as a natural flair for identifying and capitalising on business opportunities. If you have a driving licence and are hungry to earn big and develop your career, we want to hear from you.
