Sales and Account Growth Specialist

Brenntag is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. This role will play a critical part in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the food industry.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. As an Internal Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that add value.
Your primary goal will be to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and ensure that sales targets are met. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts, ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, and analyse performance data to optimise account management strategies.
As a Key Account Business Developer, you will have the opportunity to expand current accounts and bring in new business based on existing relationships. Your ability to engage and enrol a varied customer base will be crucial in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
