Key Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Identify and prospect new clients; and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and training to customers on our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Life Science or Chemistry degree (individuals with a diploma will also be considered).
- Proven track record of scientific sales.
- Experience in working in the NHS advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team structure.
- Proficient in the effective use of Microsoft Office.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
