Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing support and assistance to children and young people facing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass working collaboratively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans and foster positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a supportive and nurturing environment for children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and nurses, to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Implement individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs of each child or young person are met.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
