About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound BDR to join our team at Klaviyo. As an Outbound BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying high potential companies that can benefit from our solution and partnering closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solution and its value proposition
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and messaging
  • Continuously seek improvement and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of work experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying potential customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Full authorization to work in the UK without any restrictions
