The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative fluent in German to generate new sales opportunities for our Account Executives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within target accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients within specific industries or market segments.
  • Build rapport with key decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and online interactions.
  • Present Box's solutions and value proposition to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless sales process.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in German and English.
  • Proven experience in sales development or business development, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
