We are in search of a seasoned Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in Spanish to join our elite SDR team. This role will involve supporting our Account Executives in cultivating leads and driving sales within the Spanish market, particularly focusing on the digital economy.

Tipalti is utilized by leading companies in the digital sector, including notable names in Gaming, Online Marketplaces, Gig Economy, and Ads & Influencer Networks, to address critical operational challenges. You will be part of a dynamic sales organization based in London, tasked with enhancing our market presence in the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your pipeline generation expertise to create new outbound opportunities. Meet and exceed established quotas for completed opportunities. Engage in high-level discussions with senior executives at prospective companies. Identify key challenges faced by prospects and effectively communicate our value proposition. Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance their pipeline and develop your professional skills.

Qualifications:

Native-level fluency in Spanish. At least one year of experience as an Outbound SDR in SaaS or mid-market technology sales, specifically within the Spanish market. A proactive approach, recognizing the significance of cold outreach, emails, and social selling. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strategic mindset with a customized approach to targeting mid-market accounts. Ability to work effectively with Account Executives and Marketing teams. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-sufficient and capable of driving initiatives without direct supervision. Passionate about sales, with experience in navigating organizations, engaging with decision-makers, and qualifying leads. Familiarity with prospecting tools and CRM systems such as Zoominfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a strong desire to progress within the organization by showcasing their tenacity and eagerness to learn.
