Outbound Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound BDR to join our team at Klaviyo. As an Outbound BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying high potential companies that can benefit from our solution and partnering closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solution and its value proposition
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and messaging
- Continuously seek improvement and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- 1+ years of work experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Full authorization to work in the UK without any restrictions
