Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating outbound sales leads to expand our existing account footprint and drive conversations with new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted outbound sales strategy to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the Retail, Transport, and Media sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize a range of sales technologies, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hinterview, Hubspot, Bullhorn, Cognism, and LeadLeaper, to drive sales conversations and book meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional sales and delivery teams to arrange meetings and demos, and attend customer meetings to develop sales skills and help Peregrine gain traction in key new logos.
  • Manage client engagements through HubSpot sales sequences to opportunities, and maintain accurate records of all client communications on our CRM system (Bullhorn/Hubspot).
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform messaging and drive business growth.
  • Work with the sector Growth Director to develop bespoke scripts and messaging, and achieve specific KPIs related to outbound activity, meetings booked/converted, and digital content delivered.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a highly targeted outbound telesales environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience using multiple channels of engagement, including phone, LinkedIn, and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent objection handling skills and the ability to influence clients to challenge their current methods of talent engagement.
