Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, research, and targeted messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls to create meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives
  • Share learnings and best practices of the outbound process with the organization to support team success

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and prospects
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Adaptable to new processes and able to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with products for developers or other technical users
  • Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or others) is a plus
  • Previous experience with outbound sales in Enterprise accounts is required
