About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound BDR to join our team at Klaviyo. As an Outbound BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying high potential companies that can benefit from our solution and partnering with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide insights to improve sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
