About the Role

Peregrine is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating outbound sales leads to expand our existing account footprint and drive conversations with new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target customer sectors.
  • Utilize a range of sales technologies and tools to identify and understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales and delivery teams to arrange meetings and demos.
  • Attend customer meetings to develop sales skills and help Peregrine gain traction within key new logos.
  • Manage client engagements through our CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all client communications.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to inform messaging and drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver targeted sales scripts and messaging in collaboration with sector Growth Directors.
  • Meet specific KPIs related to outbound activity, meetings booked/converted, and digital content delivered.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within a highly targeted outbound telesales environment.
  • Comfortable making high-level outbound calls to new customers and contacts.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to use multiple channels of engagement, including phone, sales automation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent objection handling skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions within the UK recruitment market.
  • Experience as a recruitment consultant or resource, with a good understanding of the recruitment industry.
