Clear Ventures is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying potential clients within the enterprise market.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities, including multi-threaded email campaigns, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Your primary focus will be on engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads within the enterprise market.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to identify key decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to engage with prospects, build rapport, and uncover their specific requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine the suitability of our solutions for their needs.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives to facilitate further sales discussions.
  • Maintain a high level of activity and consistently exceed lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed quota objectives consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
