Senior Account Development Representative

Where You'll WorkThis position is based remotely in the UK and requires alignment with the US East Coast time zone.
What You'll Do:We are seeking a Senior Account Development Representative who is passionate about promoting our solution to C-level executives and generating pipeline for our sales team. You will play a key role in helping us achieve key inflection points of revenue growth and scalability.
- Create opportunities for the sales team by setting meetings for your AE partners with prospects.
- 2+ years of professional work experience, with 1 year of demonstrated over-quota experience in Mid-Market ($1B+) and/or Enterprise SaaS sales development.
- Evidence of being able to sustain high levels of tailored outbound activity with multi-threaded email, cell phone call, and LN campaigns to achieve weekly meeting and monthly pipeline goals to executive and director level decision makers.
- Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Experience with growth stage enterprise SaaS sales organization(s).
- Office co-location required.
- Significant outbounding experience, with an emphasis on high-volume calling and willingness to knock down barriers to sale.
- Compensation: At market salary with opportunity to earn on-target earnings (OTE), meaningful equity, pension scheme contribution, and time off plus company holidays.
