Account Business Development Representative

Nexthink SA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account development and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in key markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for Nexthink's solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored sales strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the digital employee experience market and Nexthink's solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English and native German speaking
