About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team as a Technical Accounting Specialist. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support to clients on a range of financial matters.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, treasury, and M&A.
  • Facilitate external auditors and advisors.
  • Lead the preparation of IFRS reports.

Requirements

  • ACA qualified with experience in a technical accounting team.
  • Experience working with multinational companies, preferably with UK or US listings.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 9, 15 & 16, SOX, and internal frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SEC regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to challenge current processes and promote continuous development.
