Job Overview

As a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist at Technicolor Games, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales pipeline by pinpointing high-value prospects and executing targeted outbound marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass generating leads that resonate with our ideal customer profile, crafting compelling outbound campaigns, managing communication channels, and delivering comprehensive reports on outreach activities with measurable outcomes.

You will also support the operations and product teams with inbound marketing tasks, overseeing content for blogs, and developing sales and website copy as necessary.

We seek a meticulous individual with a proactive mindset, quick learning ability, and enthusiasm for contributing to growth within a dynamic and established company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute multifaceted demand generation campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Identify target demographics and create customized messaging to effectively engage them.
  • Generate high-quality leads through diverse marketing strategies.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Plan, execute, and refine outbound campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion objectives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven enhancements to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to create engaging and relevant content that bolsters demand generation efforts.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the overarching marketing strategy and brand voice.
  • Work closely with the sales team to synchronize efforts with sales goals and facilitate a smooth lead handoff process.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to comprehend service offerings and benefits, integrating them into campaigns.
  • Utilize automation tools and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
  • Manage content calendars effectively.
  • Create content for product updates, websites, and sales collateral.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar capacity, preferably within the gaming sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools and best practices (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Social Media, SEO, Web, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passionate about the gaming industry.
