Job Summary:

EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-resort promotions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials that align with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor and manage our social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a consistent and vibrant online presence.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, guest relations, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • ~2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or tourism industry.
  • ~ Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • ~ Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • ~ Passion for luxury travel and hospitality.

Compensation:

The remuneration for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
