**Events Marketing Manager - International B2B Events**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading market player in B2B publishing and conferences as an Events Marketing Manager. As the successful candidate, you will take a lead role in expanding the reach and revenue of our global conferences during an exciting growth phase for the company.

You will lead audience acquisition and marketing communications for our portfolio of conferences and awards, optimising existing strategies and introducing new ideas to drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement high-calibre, coordinated marketing campaigns for multiple conferences and awards, including both free and paid delegate campaigns.
  • Utilise a mix of channels, including email, content marketing, and lead-generation techniques, to maximise event visibility and registration.
  • Devise and implement strategies to increase the return rate of event attendees.
  • Build and manage databases, keeping data up to date and relevant for every campaign.
  • Test, measure, and evaluate channels and tactics, making adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage event websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for conversion.
  • Create and manage partnerships with media and association partners, as well as speakers and sponsors, to further expose the brand and maximise revenue.
  • Develop and deliver content marketing strategies that enhance the events' social media presence.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables, including sponsor material and post-event reports.
  • Work with Product Marketers to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
