**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Babylon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our affiliate marketing efforts and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Actively engage with potential and existing affiliates to introduce our program, answer questions, and build relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive support to affiliates through phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, shipping marketing materials, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on maximizing their earnings.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies to attract new partners and optimize the program's effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication skills, with impeccable phone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, including making outbound calls, responding to emails, and tracking affiliate performance.
  • Technical proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and practices.
  • Prior experience working in a call center environment, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain professionalism.
