About the Role

Fintech-Rec Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FX Sales Executive to join our team. As an FX Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating corporate leads, identifying decision-makers, and structuring outbound calls to understand potential clients' FX requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate corporate leads and identify decision-makers
  • Structure outbound calls to understand potential clients' FX requirements
  • Work closely with a senior member of the sales team to close deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an FX sales environment
  • Previous experience in a B2B cold calling sales role
  • Demonstrable experience of working towards targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate with proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Word
