Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Entry-Level Foreign Exchange Sales Executive. The role encompasses daily responsibilities associated with FX sales, developing customized solutions for clients' global trading requirements, and delivering exceptional pricing and service.

About Spectrum FX

Spectrum FX is on the lookout for motivated individuals to become part of a rapidly expanding FX firm as Business Development Executives. Previous experience in FX sales is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided by seasoned professionals.

There are significant growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement to Corporate Account Executive roles. If you are ambitious, driven, and seeking a fulfilling career in financial markets, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Located in a central business district, standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, although Business Development Executives will be expected to fulfill the hours necessary to meet company standards and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct professional outbound calls to key decision-makers and stakeholders

· Identify new business opportunities within the UK and European FX markets

· Engage in cold calling as a fundamental aspect of your role

· Develop a well-researched database of potential clients for the business

· Collaborate with the Dealing Desk and other essential business units

· Meet established KPIs and sales objectives

· Stay informed about developments in financial markets

· Gain expertise in risk management solutions

· Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including Financial Directors and Managing Directors across various sectors

· Identify significant business opportunities with precision

· Exhibit strong commercial awareness of the FX markets

· Demonstrate self-motivation to enhance your skills for career advancement

· Recognize profit opportunities with both new and existing clients

Qualifications for Business Development Executives:

· Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication abilities

· Strong influencing and persuasion skills

· Knowledge of financial products

· Self-driven and results-oriented

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
