About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior FX Sales professional to join our team at TJM FX. As a Senior FX Sales professional, you will be responsible for leading our FX Agency desk with a global presence, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, risk management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients
  • Contribute to the development of our sales team, mentoring and coaching junior sales professionals
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in FX sales or trading, with a strong track record of sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and economic indicators
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and sales growth
