We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Austin Fraser in Blackfriars, London.
OverviewAustin Fraser is a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence in the industry. We offer exciting opportunities for sales professionals to grow their careers and exceed their targets.
Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role that requires you to work from our London office two days a week. You will be responsible for generating new business, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding sales targets through new business generation
- Speaking to B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Closing sales over the phone or by booking further appointments
- Exceeding sales standards around behaviours and productivity
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills. You must also have a proven track record of identifying and winning new business.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent MS Office skills
- An understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
