About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Officer to join our team. As a Sales Growth Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to provide coaching and support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or banking environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year
