Sales Professional for Facilities Management Growth

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum is on offer for a Sales Professional looking to drive growth within our client’s Nationwide Facilities Management company based in the West Midlands.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with extensive knowledge of the Facilities Management industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on Sales leads, preparing quotes, bids, and tenders, as well as managing their own diary and workload.
The role involves frequent travel to potential client sites and requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate will have demonstrable success in Sales/Business Development roles and experience working within the FM industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business growth and hit personal Sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing accounts
- Present Sales, Revenue, and Costing reports, along with realistic forecasting reports to the Senior Management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, whilst being fully aware of market developments and the competitive environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales within the FM industry is essential
- Demonstrable success in Sales/Business Development roles
- Experience and knowledge within the Facilities Management industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end Sales process
- Full UK driving licence
