Territory Sales Growth Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Development Lead to join our team at Sherwin-Williams.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within independent retail, wholesale, and trade stores and customers using Sherwin-Williams products.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary of approximately $85,000, sales bonus, car, lunch allowance, pension, and a chance to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving assigned territory sales revenue and distribution targets within the independent retail, wholesale, trade, and other customer sectors.
- Maintaining gross margin through monitoring product mix, pricing, discounting, and other profit-related metrics.
- Aligning with National and Key Account Manager objectives in relevant accounts to fulfill support and sales requirements.
- Partnering with external Wholesaler reps to drive sales in indirect customers.
The ideal candidate has experience of working in a field-based role, excellent analytical Excel skills, good understanding and experience of using Salesforce.com CRM system, and a full, clean driving license.
