Job Overview

Sales Administrator (Reading)

  • Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to inform business decisions.
  • Utilise CRM systems to search, code and update customer information.
  • Analyse sales data to prepare and generate reports, tracking key performance indicators.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals to drive business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

Sales Administrator (Reading)

  • Proven experience in sales administration or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
