Job Overview
Sales Administrator (Reading)
- Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet business objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to inform business decisions.
- Utilise CRM systems to search, code and update customer information.
- Analyse sales data to prepare and generate reports, tracking key performance indicators.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals to drive business growth.
The Ideal Candidate
Sales Administrator (Reading)
- Proven experience in sales administration or customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
