Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional administrator with previous experience in sales operations to support our client during a 12-month maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the sales team when required; invoicing, typing, filing, etc.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, including internal team meetings, client meetings, and quarterly business reviews
- Collate meeting agendas and materials ahead of sales meetings
- Previous project management support within a sales function
- Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional organisation abilities
An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
