We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring seamless operations within the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure the efficient and accurate recording of data on all electronic systems.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing systems, including archiving following current legislation.
  • Access admin shared email and action requests appropriately.
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls and team voicemail.
  • General administrative duties as requested by locality team.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the Service Manager.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A good standard of education to GCSE level in English and Maths.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Awareness of confidentiality, privacy, and dignity for patients.
  • Able to travel efficiently between multiple sites.
