About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and expertise in customer service and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for non-technical matters related to the service department, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with our 3rd party Service Provider, Veritek, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Keep accurate service records and prepare reports as required, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Liaise with the sales force to establish priorities for customer's orders, installations, and product configurations, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Handle customer service invoice inquiries via email and telephone, delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous service contract records, including equipment and serial numbers, on our management system.
  • Provide necessary support to the UK Service Manager using Excel, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Attend internal and external training courses as required, enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and comfortable using management systems.
