DACH Region Sales Growth Manager

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our Enterprise DACH Sale team through multiple channels, including inbound and outbound activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Qualifying and developing sales accepted leads via various channels
- Gathering actionable intelligence for assigned accounts
- Converting initial interest into sales accepted leads
- Managing email and cold-calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects
- Tracking communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.com
- Scheduling demonstrations between Commercial Sales team members and potential customers
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in sales and business development, with previous experience in a similar role preferred. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree-level education is ideal, and fluency in English and German language skills are required, with any additional languages being a bonus.
