Enterprise Account Manager

Cyara is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive customer satisfaction across the US & EMEA. As a trusted partner for leading brands in multiple industries, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale.
This role offers a challenging opportunity to develop a robust strategy, qualify opportunities, and articulate our value proposition to customers. If you have a proven track record of reaching $1M+ annual quota and possess industry knowledge around CX/Customer experience, contact centers, or quality assurance, this could be the ideal position for you.
With a strong focus on sales, product presentations, relationship building, and negotiation skills, you will be responsible for securing contract agreements and purchase orders. Your comprehensive plan for achieving assigned quotas will be key to your success in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work with a network of customers in various sectors and establish partnerships that drive growth.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our company culture emphasizes strong problem-solving, proactive, and learning attitude, as well as cross-department collaboration and teamwork. Fluency in English language skills is required; any other European language is a plus.
