About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Circle Internet Services Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the sales process for new logos and expanding to new teams within our largest accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Establish and develop a strategy for identifying, crafting, and closing sales opportunities within a strategic segment of customers.
  • Utilize Challenger and MEDDPICC Sales Methodologies: Leverage these methodologies to effectively engage with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Build and Prioritize Pipeline: Use data and insights to build and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, and effectively manage evaluations/POCs, contract negotiations, and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal partners, including solution engineers, customer success, and product managers, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of SaaS Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in selling technical products to large enterprise customers, with a focus on Fortune 100 or 500 accounts across industry verticals.
  • Curiosity for the DevOps Ecosystem: Strong understanding of technical concepts and their business value, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Consistent Record of Meeting and Exceeding Sales Quotas: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, with a focus on growing existing accounts and opening net new accounts.
  • Experience Selling to Engineering Leadership: Proven ability to effectively engage with and sell to Engineering Leadership, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps Leaders.
