Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute long-term commercial strategies for each account, driving the sales agenda through innovative marketing and sales solutions.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and effective communication of targets across the organization, supported by the broader team.
  • Analyze and monitor both incoming and outgoing sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement to meet sales forecasts.
  • Incorporate key brand initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities into commercial strategies to engage key partners on a seasonal basis.

Candidate Profile

  • A proven sales professional with a strong digital focus and a successful track record in a reputable consumer brand, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • Experience in UK wholesale channels or retail sectors.
  • Proficient in managing and owning a profit and loss statement.
  • Demonstrated success in digitally-oriented sales management and commercial strategy within the beauty sector, with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • A proactive leader who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and expertise in customer relationship management.
  • A practical approach to leadership, balancing strategy development with execution.
