Position Summary:

EVEREC is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Strategic Account Executive to enhance our presence in the Wholesale Sector. In this crucial position, you will play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and expanding significant accounts, ensuring sustained value for the organization through effective relationship management. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fostering and sustaining client relationships and possess a solid understanding of the wholesale sector.

Core Responsibilities:

Account Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue significant accounts within the wholesale sector.
  • Formulate strategic initiatives for account enhancement, emphasizing long-term value generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize sales strategies and goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain robust, enduring relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Comprehend client requirements and market dynamics to offer customized solutions and insights.

Revenue and Sales Development:

  • Lead sales initiatives to meet and surpass revenue objectives.
  • Employ cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize account profitability.
  • Track and analyze account performance, identifying avenues for growth.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work in partnership with internal departments, including marketing, customer support, and product innovation, to provide seamless client experiences.
  • Coordinate with the finance department regarding pricing, invoicing, and payment matters.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.
  • Deliver regular updates and insights to the management team regarding account performance and market conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Strategic Account Executive or comparable role within the wholesale sector.
  • Strong grasp of the wholesale industry, with experience in areas such as Building Materials, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automotive Aftermarket, Consumer Electronics, and Industrial Equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage and expand key accounts, with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the capability to devise and execute effective account strategies.
  • Self-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
  • Experience in EV Charging is a plus.
