Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator - Administrative Support to join our team at ABM. In this role, you will provide critical support to the management team, ensuring our facilities run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the management team with day-to-day tasks
- Raise requisitions for materials and sub-contracts as required
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Process invoices promptly
- Generate management reports as needed
- Collate and distribute waste management reports
- Manage site budgets effectively
- Keep training records up-to-date
- Handle post and coordinate contractor visits
- Collate timesheets on time
