About the Job

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator - Administrative Support to join our team at ABM. In this role, you will provide critical support to the management team, ensuring our facilities run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management team with day-to-day tasks
  2. Raise requisitions for materials and sub-contracts as required
  3. Order necessary materials and supplies
  4. Process invoices promptly
  5. Generate management reports as needed
  6. Collate and distribute waste management reports
  7. Manage site budgets effectively
  8. Keep training records up-to-date
  9. Handle post and coordinate contractor visits
  10. Collate timesheets on time
