About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at ABM UK. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including dealing with telephone queries, raising sub-contract and material requisitions, and ordering materials.
  • Assist in the generation of management reports, collate and distribute the waste management report, and maintain site budgets.
  • Ensure all training records are up to date, filing administration is up to date, and site maintenance files are auditable.
  • Organise incoming and outgoing post daily, organise with contractors' repairs to machinery, and book in visits.
  • Collate timesheets to deadline.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail.
  • An ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • An ability to quickly adapt to a very busy operational environment.
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft.
