Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the delivery of workplace experience services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for the delivery of workplace services, including coaching, onboarding, and supported employment.
  • Assist with the management of services such as concierge, reception, food services, document services, mailroom services, and record archiving.
  • Coordinate conference, meeting, and event management, including room booking and planning.
  • Facilitate client program coordination, including community programs, pet programs, and parking/commuting programs.
  • Provide administrative support for the Workplace Experience leadership team, including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a front desk, concierge, hospitality, room management, or customer service role.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
