Site Operations Coordinator

At TD SYNNEX, we are committed to providing excellent service and support to our customers and employees. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Administrator. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our site and all associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with site contractors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Checking Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) to guarantee compliance and safety.
- Carrying out Pregnancy Risk Assessment (PRA) and Personal Risk Assessment (PRA) for employees as required, with support from the Facilities Manager.
- Assisting with monitoring and completing worklogs to maintain accurate records.
- Recording and maintaining facilities records and spreadsheets to ensure up-to-date information.
- Logging accident and incident reports to ensure prompt response and action.
- Raising and monitoring work permits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensuring all health and safety boards are up-to-date and accurate.
- Managing employee mobile phone distribution and record-keeping.
- Raising Purchase Orders (POs) annually and ad-hoc as required.
- Reviewing, recording, and approving invoices in Eskar to ensure efficient payment processing.
- Checking and actioning Praxis 42 DSE system to guarantee compliance and employee well-being.
- Keeping the Facilities Manager informed of site actions and updates.
- Assisting with Business Support Centre (BSC) event room changes as required.
- Providing cover and supporting the wider Facilities team as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
- A positive, helpful disposition and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
