Warranty Coordinator Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to join our team at MSX International. As a Warranty Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our European warranty functions, providing proactive customer support, and coordinating warranty operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-line support for factories and responsible markets
  • Implement new and improve existing initiatives within the Pan-E warranty functions
  • Support ongoing improvements within warranty operations for policy change activities
  • Monthly warranty data analysis and internal reporting of warranty performance
  • Business support for European warranty operations
  • Day-to-day support of incoming enquiries across the region for warranty enquiries
  • Set up of import vehicles to warranty system to allow claim handling
  • Month-end invoice processing between factories & Head Office
  • Support creation of Draft bulletins or changes to policy manual
  • Liaise with MSXI UK Programme Manager to propose improvements/best practice where appropriate

About You

We are looking for an individual with great organizational skills, a Dealer Franchise or OEM warranty background, and demonstrable warranty operations experience. You should have a strong understanding of Automotive Aftersales business operations, the warranty concept, and process. Customer experience is a significant advantage, and you should be able to work to set processes with high attention to detail. You should also be PC-literate, able to generate reports using differing software packages, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Pattern and Location

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office in Bracknell, 2 days from home).
