Job Title: Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at ABM. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with various administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including dealing with telephone queries, raising requisitions, and ordering materials.
  • Assist in the generation of management reports and maintain site budgets.
  • Ensure all training records are up to date and that filing administration is accurate and auditable.
  • Organise incoming and outgoing post daily and arrange contractor visits.
  • Collate timesheets to deadline and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and flexible approach to work.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a busy operational environment.
