Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Customer Service) to join our team at ABM. In this role, you will provide vital support to the management team, ensuring our customers receive excellent service.
Main Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Raise requisitions for materials and sub-contracts as required
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Process invoices promptly
- Generate management reports as needed
- Collate and distribute waste management reports
- Manage site budgets effectively
- Keep training records up-to-date
- Handle post and coordinate contractor visits
- Collate timesheets on time
