Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Bracknell Forest.

**Salary:** £48,400 - £53,471 (inclusive of LW and ECU)

Job Description:

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day repairs, managing voids, ensuring cyclical compliance and coordinating capital works and Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are effectively procured and that they meet statutory and legislative requirements, delivering value for money and adhering to our internal governance policies and procedures.

This includes coordinating with contractors and consultants, addressing any issues independently when standards are not met.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will provide technical approval for Disabled Facility Grant applications and oversee the associated works, including progress and final inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect health and safety issues and note any deviation from regulatory or legislative requirements or construction standards.
  • Manage and monitor contractors and consultants, addressing any issues independently when standards are not met.
  • Provide technical approval for Disabled Facility Grant applications and oversee the associated works.
