Job Overview:

At Job Switch Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Building Control Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in overseeing and ensuring compliance with the requirements for the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and associated statutory building safety management systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively supporting the Building Control Inspector Manager in delivering the building control service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver quality services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and associated statutory building safety management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
