Stock Condition Surveyor Professional

We are seeking a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various property development projects in the Bracknell/Reading area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing reports on property conditions and providing detailed information to our management team. They will also assist with stock audits to ensure properties are managed effectively.
This is a long-term temporary contract, offering uncapped earning potential based on the number of surveys completed. The possibility of getting paid outside IR35 and through CIS makes this role highly attractive.
We estimate that this role will offer a salary of around £25-30 per hour, depending on experience and survey volume. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, we encourage you to apply.
