Customer Experience Manager

Pickfords, Ltd. is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and has an exciting opportunity for a Professional Relocation Specialist to join our Move Management Team in Nottingham. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze customer feedback and develop recommendations for improving customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements to our services and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Design and implement training programs for staff to enhance their customer service skills.
As a Professional Relocation Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer experience strategy and driving business growth through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the relocation or moving industry.
- Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a strong understanding of the moving industry, and a proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
